At Handcarecraft, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade gifts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to the personalized and custom nature of many of our handmade products, return eligibility varies by product type:
Standard Products
Non-customized, standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Not damaged or altered in any way
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom-made and personalized items are generally final sale and cannot be returned unless:
- There is a manufacturing defect or quality issue
- The item received does not match the approved design or specifications
- The item was damaged during shipping
In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
3. How to Initiate a Return

We will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible for return. Please do not return items without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- Our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.)
- Damage during shipping
- Item not matching the description
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We will process your refund for the returned item separately
For custom items, exchanges are only available if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

- Your order number
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. We may request that you return the damaged item for quality control purposes.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
9. Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted if:
- The order has not yet entered production
- You contact us within 24 hours of placing the order
Once production has begun on a custom order, cancellation may not be possible, and a partial refund may be offered at our discretion based on work completed.
10. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our handmade products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a non-custom item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
